Message from Washington Trucking Associations President Frank Riordan

WTA President, Tom Walrath, Jr.

I am pleased and honored to begin my term as President of the Washington Trucking Associations, knowing that I join the ranks of men and women who have served the industry in this capacity since 1922. The coming decades will continue to challenge the industry with the onslaught of autonomous vehicle technology, emerging options for electric and alternative fueled trucks, and adoption of a myriad of clean fuel technologies as manufacturers continue to innovate. From it's basic, utilitarian function, to its contribution and importance to the economy, I am proud to be a part of the trucking industry and pleased to serve the members of the WTA as their President.
